Very sad end.
Somehow I always liked the canberra, and I remember them flying over our house on their way to Laarbruch or Bruggen/Wildenrath.
My father had always some nice stories about Canberra's at Eindhoven during the excersise "Royal Flush" in the late 60's..
It is unbelievable what this airframe has gone through.. from the mid 50's to the Cold War and from the Cold War to the War on Terrorism... this aircraft has seen it all!!!
